In 2023 I became the first ever Dutch Champion of
Speed and Style
In Tokyo I took third place at the first World Championship - Speed.
qualification Freestyle Run 2
At the start of the Sofia World Cup, I was apparently just 10 points behind leader Jaroslav Chum. We faced each other in the second race of the Speed final. I focused on the race. I knew where to improve, how to gain speed... and it worked out great! What an honor to represent the Netherlands as the season winner!
Hard work pays off! FIG Parkour World Cup Montpellier 2022, what a great event! My goal was to reach the top 10 in speed, which I succeeded with a fantastic second place. Between two strong racers Jaroslav Chum and Tomas Zongya.
My first international competition experience was during the FIG Parkour World Cup Sofia in Bulgaria 2021. I was part of the Dutch delegation TeamNL together with my trainer and coach Mark van Swieten.
My goal was to gain experience in an international competition on Style and to learn how to compete with the best athlete’s. I achieved my goal with a 14th place. And my goal for Montpelier 2022? Getting stronger and train really hard.
